PAPUAN, Jayapura - One of the members of the West Papua National Committee (KNPB), Mark Giban (19), student Cenderwasih University (Uncen) reportedly suffered a broken arm to severe torture after being arrested Resort Jayapura City police officers, in Housing III, Abepura, Jayapura, Monday (5/13/2013) afternoon.
